Head of Executive Operations
Wofaa leads executive operations across the company, working closely with leadership to support strategic initiatives, business development efforts, investor and partnership research, and day-to-day organizational coordination. She plays a key role in keeping cross-functional priorities moving, managing internal processes and follow-through, and supporting the systems that help the team operate efficiently in a fast-paced startup environment.
AI Engineer
Niraj Girase works on the company's core AI infrastructure, making systems more modular, maintainable, and safe. His work spans MCP server implementation, knowledge base development, model and agent benchmarking, and integrating external APIs to extend the platform's capabilities. Previous work includes DARPA and Vanderbilt's Institute for Software Integrated Systems, focusing on applied AI systems and research.
Product Engineering
Sam Warner is a Product Engineering Intern at Mangrove, where he works on blockchain infrastructure, XRPL-based payment systems, and AI-integrated financial tooling. He is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Computer Science at Vanderbilt University and serves as Co-President of Vanderbilt Blockchain, an award-winning student organization focused on blockchain education, industry partnerships, and technical innovation, and ranked #1 in Dorm DAO's hedge fund competition.

Tim Hite is a Director at PolicyPartner, LLC, a strategic advisory and government relations firm. Previously, Tim served as Head of Policy at Exodus, a publicly-traded firm offering non-custodial software. Prior to that, he served as Senior Counsel in the House Financial Services Committee, where he focused on policy addressing digital assets, fintech, and AI.
Regulatory Advisor
John Yaros is a finance, technology, and national security expert and President of VirFin Solutions, a fintech consulting firm advising clients on policy, product, and government relations across AI, digital assets, cybersecurity, and securities. He previously led the U.S. Treasury Department's Terrorism and Nuclear Proliferation team within its Office of Terrorism and Financial Intelligence, conducted investigations for the U.S. Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee, and worked in securities at Morgan Stanley. Most recently he served as Securities Bureau Chief for the state of Idaho, overseeing regulatory oversight of the 153,000+ entities and individuals licensed to offer securities and financial services in the state.
