a. Information You Provide

We collect personal information you provide directly to us, such as your name, email address, and other contact details when you sign up or contact us. We may also collect wallet addresses and connected account data, and any feedback or correspondence you provide. When you use the mobile app, this may include your account identifier; trading-profile answers such as asset preferences, goals, experience, and risk preferences; Copilot messages and responses; and portfolio, strategy, order, and performance information returned through our services. The app uses installation and messaging identifiers for push delivery. If you enable push notifications, we also register a push token, device name, platform, and app version with our services. Our services record operational and security information about app requests and account actions, which can include an account identifier, email address, IP address, device or browser user-agent, action, resource, and time.

b. Information Collected Automatically

We collect certain information automatically when you visit the site, including your IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, usage data such as pages visited, time spent on site, and interaction data. We use cookies and similar tracking technologies.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to operate and maintain our platform, provide customer support, respond to inquiries, send service-related communications, improve our website and services, ensure security, detect fraud, and comply with legal obligations. In the mobile app, we use trading-profile answers to personalize strategy discovery, portfolio and strategy data to provide requested views, Copilot messages to generate responses, and push identifiers to deliver notifications when enabled.

3. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share relevant data with service providers who help operate our platform, including hosting, sign-in, notification delivery, and AI services. Copilot messages and relevant context are processed by Mangrove and AI service providers to generate responses. We may also disclose data to legal authorities if required, or to business partners in aggregated or anonymized form.

4. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy or as required by law. After account deletion, direct profile details are replaced or cleared, but strategy, backtest, trade, payment, and audit records remain. Some remain associated with an internal account identifier. Audit records can also contain an account ID, email address, IP address, and device or browser user-agent. In production, audit records remain in the active database for 13 months and are then moved to a locked archive for at least two years; the archive is not automatically deleted when that period ends. Other retained strategy, backtest, trade, and payment records do not have a fixed retention period. Support emails already sent before deletion are not recalled.

We use cookies to improve user experience, understand site usage, and enhance security. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, but doing so may affect functionality.
